Contact and responsibility

The R Studio is the trading name of ROMNIC DESIGN LIMITED, the company responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

The R Studio uses the information you share to respond to enquiries and deliver the communications you choose to receive. For privacy questions or requests to access or correct your personal information, contact Romain Nicoloso at hello@therstudio.design.

When you send a brief

We ask for your name, email address and project brief so we can respond. Your company, timing and budget are optional. Without the required information, we cannot process the form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material that is not needed for an initial conversation.

The brief is delivered to the studio’s email inbox through Brevo. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to Your Morning Notes. If you use the email fallback, your own email application sends the message.

Your Morning Notes

Our subscription form is hosted by Brevo. It collects the details you submit and records your subscription and confirmation. We use these details to send a retail perspective every two weeks. You can withdraw your subscription using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by emailing us.

Brevo processes subscription, delivery and unsubscribe information. Email open or click information may also be processed depending on campaign settings. Download links are shareable and are not a private subscriber account.

Services supporting the website

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form submissions, Brevo for form and email delivery, and Gmail to receive and manage enquiries. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery logs, as well as information needed to provide their services.

Service providers may process information outside your country. The newsletter form is embedded from Brevo and loads under its own privacy practices. Third party websites linked from this site have their own policies.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites and page loading performance so we can improve this website. It provides aggregate reporting rather than tracking visitors across websites. We do not send enquiry form contents or newsletter email addresses to this analytics service. Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is kept for responding to your request, managing any resulting client relationship and meeting applicable record keeping obligations. It should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. Subscription records are used while you remain subscribed; limited consent and suppression records may be retained to record your choice and prevent unwanted further emails.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@therstudio.design. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
